maybe it's an indi. EA or script u start using recently that causing the problem

This happens when your history is corrupted. watch carefully, shut down the terminal and delete the history files of the slowed down timeframes. next time they get rebuild and everything works smooth again.

Can some computer savvy member suggest a solution?
Recently my computer started running mt4 in a very degraded mode. It takes 1-2 minutes, sometimes, just to change a page or a time interval. This happens when the markets are open. It runs much better on weekends:; almost normally.
I have checked my ISP (Comcast) no detectable problems. I've checked all aspects of my computer, they all check okay. I've reloaded java and adobe flash; Re-set modem and router several times, and downloaded new platforms from two different brokers to see whether there were unreported problems: both brokers platforms react the same.
Bottom line, I can't trade forex until I solve this. Can you help?
