MT4 build 419 loading problems

Done that this afternoon, after much work it still won't load, broker doesn't have anything more to offer!
You could try the latest build, 427 . . . get it from here:
https://download.mql5.com/cdn/web/metaquotes.software.corp/mt4/mt4setup.exe then you need your Brokers server details and your user id and password . . .

Try install other broker's MT. If problem persist try run System File Checker
I've installed mt4 from metaquotes also with no success, will try system file checker. Thanks

Close any program, run sfc, wait don't do anything/don't interrupt/don't run especially System Restore and restart afterward.

I ran sfc/scannow it was giving me loads of errors! I need to find my xp installation disks now to re-instate these files. Will do that and report back, Thanks for now.

Hi All,
First post here so here goes.
I have tried to install this build on my computer (windows xp sp3, 1.25Gb ram 1.53 Ghz processor speed) Program tries to load and then quits half way through. I've disabled my firewall, installed it into different directory, installed .net framework 4 extended and it still won't load. I had previous build on which works fine but my broker (IBFX) will only be using build 419 from June 1st and I cannot use this version! has anybody any ideas?
