Update Quotes

I am trying to conduct an Update Quotes function, and the charts show up. However, they all say "Waiting For Update", but it never updates. It does not go any further than Waiting For Updates.

Please help.

 
The instructions from IBFX for "Waiting For Update" is to open the market watch (control-m) and drag the corresponding pair on to the chart.
 

If that doesn't work try to right click and click refresh.
