Seems to be very promising Renko-indicator, however there are a lot of free Renko indicators, and it is impossible to draw any valid conclusion regarding real value of this particular indicator, including paid version with possibility of changing means values (e.g. it is obvious that with any randomly chosen set of means values the performance will be as bad as with default set of values). So I would suggest to create a project and to create a team of interested traders to continue working on parameters optimization in form of project.

The indicator evolved since the first version based on suggestions/needs of users. Actually I am not developing it anymore, I just realeased a feature that I did in the past but I never published before about the possibility of change the trend after a threshold based on a set number of bricks. The averages can be good for a multi entry/exit but obviosuly it depends of the asset and volatility and we all know it can change a lot during some periods.

Hello, I have a question regarding your indicator, in the image you can see that the price has dropped considerably, but no new red renko candles were drawn, how much the price has to drop to draw a red candle? does this mean that the indicator does not draw a single red candle when the price drops, but it would draw 3 or more red candles?

Hola tengo una pregunta respecto a tu indicador, en la imagen se puede apreciar que el precio bajo considerablemente, pero no se dibujaron nuevas velas renko de color rojo, que tanto tiene que bajar el precio para que dibuje una vela roja? significa esto que el indicador no dibuja una sola vela roja cuando el precio baja, sino que de golpe dibujaría 3 o mas velas rojas?.

in this indicator you can set the "delay" when there is a change of the trend. If you check the settings you can see the property X bricks delay.

I tried every way to make this renko reflect the chart above but it doesn't seem to follow the right direction, almost like the opposite direction.  what can i do to make it work.

Renko charts ignore time and show price movement only.

• A new brick is drawn only when price moves by a fixed amount (e.g. 10 points).

• If price doesn’t move enough → no new brick, even if hours pass.

• Bricks go up or down only; small noise is filtered out.

 Result: clear trends, less noise, great for trend following and support/resistance.

You can use the date shown in the renko  chart on top right corner. Moving the mouse it will show which is the related date. Have a look to the attached image please.

There is something very wrong with this Renko indicator.   Renko bars are not time based, but they should still follow the general trend of the original price bars.  This Renko indicator is not following price trends at all.   It moves opposite the underlying price most of the time.  

I'm hoping you could look at the calculations for this indicator and fix it because you've done a great job creating this indicator, but unfortunately it does not work at all.
