Price you paid is discounted price. 
And I didn't said 50% of to everyone who buys before the end, but that current price is valid till the end of the year ok?

In the section 3
You will set % of TP and amount you want to close.  There will not be set 3 TP, but EA will close these partials profits as the price moves

OK I just took demo trade with it and it did indeed close 30% at 50% of the distance to the TP, the only problem is that as price whipsawed a bit at that level it ended up doing it 3 times and closing almost the entire position... Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening? If price just shoots through and keeps on going there's no problem but if there's any kind of retracement or consolidation after the partial is hit it'll close more of the position than I want it to.

Make sure you don't have set same % of TP multiple times as on the picture example it's actually wrong.

Nothing happen. Just note that Im not always on the computer.  I always answer asap in these times as mentioned on my profile.

As I see on this screen shot there is not right bottom of your chart.  Try to adjust the chart to see the full chart. I think risk management must be hidden lower.

Click to maximize your chart, Im sure it must be there
