It looks like the terminal has an incorrect translation for your language.

The meaning of this checkbox is as follows: if enabled, automatic trading is disabled every time you change the symbol or chart period on which the Expert Advisor is running.

When you import the tick database from MT5, you need to make sure that all the necessary symbols are visible in the market watch of both terminals.

For example, I have included only six forex symbols. Please note that the same symbols are visible in MT4 and MT5. This is important if you are importing a tick database from MT5.

Hi, have been using this indicator and haven't had issues until the past few days. Randomly pairs that I trade that have candle history no longer have it. I have tick database running on mt5 and all symbols in market watch of both terminals. Yesterday, some pairs were gone but not all. But today literally every single pair except for 2 have no past data and start from the time I open them. I have not done anything differently from before, they just randomly started disappearing. Please help!

Open the minute chart (M1) in the MT5 terminal and in the MT4 terminal.

Compare the opening time of the last candle (on the right of the chart).

It seems that the broker has changed the time, there is a difference and the ticks cannot be placed on the receiver's chart.

If the time is different, use the input variable to offset this difference.

Check if the ticks in the MT5 terminal are coming from all the symbols that you use?
This is very strange, if the time in the terminals matches, then you need to check if the ticks are coming.

Do you know why I am unable to select a timeframe and pair right now? The box will not show on any chart I try. Have tried resetting the indicator settings, opened it on a bunch of different charts, restarted my mt4, restarted my computer. Will not show

Check these two tabs in your terminal.
There may be information there that will help you understand the reason for the failure.

Have you made any fixes to the indicator? I don't understand why I continue to have problems loading ticks when I follow all steps you've provided. Why do they randomly not load?

No changes have been made to the code. The program is working normally for all users. But you have encountered an unusual behavior of the program. Examine the contents of the "Experts" and "Journal" tabs. There may be answers to all the questions.

There is nothing in the journal or experts tab that could answer. Always the same message on mt5 "expert tick database loaded successfully" yet when I load mt4, ticks are not showing. I get the notification "To import a tick database from MT5, you msut first run the "tick database" utility in the mt5 terminal" I get this even after resetting mt5 and reloading the tick database. Nothing I have done has fixed this problem consistently, it just seems to be random when it works and when it doesn't

After launching the "Tick Database". Give 5-10 minutes to download all the data. Only then launch the "Seconds Chart". It looks like the ticks are loading slowly into your MT5 terminal, so they don't have time to get into MT4.

Извиняюсь, за беспокойство, нашел причину - без VPN не подгружает тики, обнаружил при ручной загрузке тиков.

Подскажите, пожалуйста, можно ли как-то сделать Chart с нестандартным таймфреймом M2 или M3? Возможно, у вас есть какой-то пресет, мой индикатор не может работать на M241

Сначала запускаю tick database, потом сам secondchart, в итоге всё равно появляется такое окно. Что только не пробовал, как это исправить?

В окне "Обзор рынка" должны быть только нужные символы. Все ненужные символы удалите из этого окна.
Когда вы запускаете Tick Database, он сначала начинает запрашивать тиковые данные для всех символов из этого окна. Если в этом окне много символов, то на это уходит много времени. Например, для трёх символов достаточно 30 секунд. Если символов много, то может понадобиться 2-5 минут, или больше. Загружается глубокая тиковая история, чтобы её можно было передавать в MT4. Когда вы получаете диалоговое окно с предупреждением "Нужно запустить Tick Database" — это значит, тиковые данные ещё не загружены, нечего передавать в MT4. Seconds Chart запрашивает тиковые данные, а эти данные ещё не подготовлены.
