got to say the intergrity thats gone is to the making of this product is outstanding.
it has to say the least saved me a bit of time doing a million and one calculations, just waiting on the trend pro scanner.
also use this product for binary option on the side of forex :)

I mistakenly purchased this one instead of MT4, I sent an email to the services desk because I don't need for MT5 I need it for MT4 but after waiting 30 hours there is no response from the services. Can you please help?

This is just fun. I have wrote a EA use H1 to enter the position and D1 to filter when i migrate to MQL5 VPS.
Sometimes, the system will announce the message as shown in the attached image. I guess it will not affect the EA much but this is an interesting announcement.

Yes, it wont affect the EA or indicator.
Trend Pro uses complex calculations, when using in an EA, please dont call the icustom too much when not needed.
This can be solved by improving the code you used on your ea to avoid excessive memory consumption.
OR
you may want to upgrade your RAM or cpu to be able to perform better.
We recommend at least 8GB ram when using trend pro indicator on expert advisors
Anyway, this should not bother because the algorithm of the indicator or EA wont be affected.
