Can you explain the difference between TPO and what I know as Volume profile? I am missing something...thanks

SO I used the n hot key. The gray area that appears does match up more with the other product and it appears there is a second POC line in the gray area. This also matches up with the other product I was looking at. So what is the difference between the gray and blue area? And what are those other 2 histograms showing on the right?

The default blue one is the market profile. The grey one is the volume profile

Issues resolved somehow.  Now I have accidently purchased rental till November but that's fine.  If it works and I have no issues till then I'll probably just purchase it outright at that point.

hi, i miss 2 settings:

1. displaying only yesterday mp/vp (auto)

2. drawing VA & VPOC lines to right (end of chart)

I have a question about how to sync my Blahtech MP with different exchanges.

- Darwinex has MT4 synced with GMT+3 (during summertime), GMT+2 (during Dst). Now it is summertime (for me, I live in EU).

- AmpFutures has MT5 synced with GMT+0.

How do I sync a Chart like GC/Gold or XTI/CL/Oil? They open like this:

Gold at COMEX 08:30 EST (ny) ...

Crude at NYMEX 09:00 EST (ny) ...

What do I have to place in the TPO Profile 1 so that my market profile is synchronized with the proper open times?

For Gold, the indicator input " TPO Profile 1" should have something like 13:30-21:00 for my AmpFuture (because it is synched with GMT and 08:30 EST goes with 13:30.

Is the " TPO Profile 1" based on GMT timezone always?

Or is the " TPO Profile 1" based on the Chart timezone (which for AMP is GMT, and for Darwinex is GMT+3)?


Please help me understand :)

Absolutely love this tool.  Is there a way to update it with an option to fill the session boxes like you can a normal rectangle or channel?  That would be perfect for what I use it for... Thanks

We don't have an option to display sessions with filled boxes using MP.

You can change the dotted lines to solid lines to show a regular box around the sessions

We will look at adding this option in the future.

If you happen to have our ADR indicator, this can do what you want.

I love the single print on the Market Profile and that's one reason to use it, unfortunately I can't find this function. Is the single print missing or where can I find it?

For an MT5 application, this software is impressive

This is going to clash with our SD indicator and clutter up the charts

We will look into other solutions for highlighting single prints in the future

Hi

Regarding your Overal Volume, how far back in time (or in bars) are you going? In other words what are your parameters for the Overal Input Intervals? For example on a Daily Timeframe, do you go back one year, two years? Or do you look at the price structure? For example the beginning of a rally?
