Don't worry wibble, it's the one EA on the market that actually works! .-.

You can tell just by the fact that Adnan isn't adding a million friends to spam them with advertisements hourly, he doesn't have to sell a non-functional EA to make profit unlike those people. >_>
Heck Adnan told me he is donating all the profits to a good cause (I mean those profits don't even compare to the profit he makes on his live signal).

A friend and I are also using the same currency pairs and time-frames, after a while you will sync up and have identical trades to Adnan's live signal.
Rule of thumb, 500$ balance for 0.01 lot size (as Adnan started with 5000$ balance for 0.10 lot size) and you should be good.

There are some slow days... weeks but every now and then you will get a day where it's endless profit and you feel like a shady thief stealing all the profits from the banks. >=)

With kind regards,

Henry

Thank you Henry for the very good advice. I am optimistic about this and have read a lot of the forum postings on this EA as well as on saadscalper. I used to use that but the recovery on trend tracker seems much better. Well worth their money it seems. Adnan seems genuine and very helpful. So many scams out there but I am very positive about this. I am taking it easy though as you suggest. It's the only way.

Tell me about it, this is my friend's live signal, first he used SAAD Scalper then I convinced him to move to SAAD TrendTracker, you can really see the difference...

SS VS TT

(Sorry I got carried away there ;))

Edit: He still has a little ways to go (to recover) but made 128€ already so got the price of TT back.

I'm mostly wondering whether the EA strategy for dealing with losing trades, using the TrendTracker aggressive or moderate recovery, utilizes hedging at all.

Hi Adnan.  I'm still wondering if the US hedging rules will impact the EA recovery performance and would like to hear a reply from you, even though I've received info from another community member.  Is hedging a part of the aggressive and/or moderate recovery?  I'm experiencing some drawdown currently and it isn't clear how the EA is attempting to deal with it.  I appreciate your replies and feedback.

Hi

Please correct me if I am wrong as I have not used US brokers for hedge limitations sitting in Asia.

As per my information US hedging rules are not allowing

1) To open opposite trade. Like if BUY is open you will not be allowed to open Sell

2) FIFO Rule, first trade must be closed first ?

In both cases recovery process should not be impacted but in 1st case if trend is changed and there is existing trade of previous trend, you will not be able to open opposite trend trades. EA performance will be impacted in form of small chunk of profits and you will face draw down of previously opened trades.

Hey Adnan,

I'd say three things:

  • Buttons (and most other graph objects) don't take any noticeable performance once created (as per my own experience).
  • I wouldn't worry too much about MQL5 Support, might as well just send them the EA and worry once they do complain. It's not like you get banned over it. You just try again later.
  • I assume they just run a back-test on every EA to meet some timing requirement, just skip all the fancy button related code and Comment() maths if you can't see it:
bool noUserInterface = (IsTesting() && !IsVisualMode()); // hide visuals during back-test unless visual mode is enabled.

But again that's just worrying too much about MQL5 Support before they even complain again.

I have had a lot of fun with my graphs without any performance issues!

With kind regards,

Henry

Hi Adnan,

I think it's been asked for before (Henry has just mentioned that he waits for everything to be closed) but it would be nice to have the ability to drain the system down. If I wanted to change lot size for instance then it would be be good to ensure all trades are closed first.

I guess this would mean no new trades but "recovery" trades are allowed. And then eventually, nothing open allowing modification.. This would also allow you to cleanly move from vps to vps.

Thanks again for the good work.

Graceful Stop Feature is included and I am testing. Probably next week I will request Support to publish it. They normally take 3 to 5 days if no any issue.

Wow. The charts say it all. That's priceless. I've made the money back for this EA too and am covering the VPS cost.

Although that's not strictly true as we are still down overall as I panicked using saadscalper and closed for quite a loss. Some making up to do yet but trend tracker seems to be working.

Adnan seeing this totally made my day! Thank you! :D

Adnan is it just me or are you suddenly making a whole lot more profit on your live account?

Just what is that new version, it's scaring me! :S

Suggestion for the algorithm

Say you have these (made up) trades on your account:

SELL 0.01 -46.00$
SELL 0.02 -78.00$
SELL 0.04 -120.00$

And now SAAD TT decides to place a BUY because TrendTracker started a long trend:

BUY 0.01 +0.85$

It will close the BUY when it reaches the target profit of +1.00$. If the BUY cannot be closed that doesn't matter as it will take care of it eventually (as usual).

As it's no problem when the BUY goes into draw-down, why not keep the BUY open as long as TrendTracker has a long trend? You could make some huge sums of money of over +100.00$ depending on your lot size and it would hedge some of the SELL draw-down delaying a margin closeout.

With kind regards,

Henry

I'm down too but not so bad. It usually recovers well so you may want to be patient. It's very difficult sometimes. I hope it works out for you. Please let us know.

Also please don't take my advice. I have don't know what to do at the best of times! Still in loss after closing saadscalper trades at a loss. This seems better though so I am hopeful and Adnan is one of the good ones I believe

Hey 971EEFF2,

if you are worried about that little draw-down you shouldn't be using 0.02 lots to begin with... 500$ balance for 0.01 lots. 1000$ balance for 0.02 lots. 5000$ balance for 0.10 lots.

Also your trades seem off... there are no recovery trades...? Are you sure you are using one of these presets? Did you manually close trades? What time-frames are you using?

With kind regards,

Henry

So I got curious about what seemed so strange about your trades besides the lack of them, I placed the header back onto the image:

I smell manual interfering here, you are digging your own grave by messing with the strategy... don't blame the author/product later if you mess around manually (and I presume you closed all the profitable recovery trades manually too?).

Hi Adnan,

I have a suggestion. Can you make it so the next version never loses and makes us all millions over night?

Thanks in advance 😃

hey all,

it's been now exactly one month since i've been using TrendTracker and I made exactly 4% profit with very very little drawdown.

Adnan. Superb job on your EA. For the next month I will change a few settings in the EA and will report back on the 20th August with my results :)

Shukran habibi and good luck to all others !

Ideal machine does not exist in practically, but we cannot challenge mathematics. 2+2 is always 4. Forex is mathematics.
