My profile on MQL5 is limited due to unknown reason. I am still following up with support and awaiting their response. In this limited profile:
1) Users cannot buy or download EAs
2) I cannot reply personal messages.
Please bear with me untill my profile is unlocked.
I've got a small support question. When running your robot I've noticed some positions come up with your email as the comment and others say adansell or buy. Can you tell me why that would be?

Hi, Ive been running this ea on my live account for a few months now and it was working quite nicely with the moderate recovery setting until FXCM turned my account over to Forex.com. Now it keeps closing trades that are way down with no counter trades opening for recovery. Is this due to the change in brokers? I have tried switching to the aggressive recovery setting also with the same results. Does anyone else have experienced with this?

EA always closes trades in accumulative profit. Please share logs when trades are closed, please make sure these are closed by EA or broker forcefully you can check logs.

Yes you are correct. They are being closed by broker. But why are they closing the trades and how can I stop this from happening?

It is only broker can explain for their policy during this change. Client side cannot control to stop it. It is totally in broker control and they are following their policies. They can close trades forcefully but with some valid reason and client MT4 cannot control it.

I want to know some questions to better understand the changes of some parameters :
1. What is the difference between Buy A and Buy B ?
2. When there is a trade Buy A ?
When there is a trade Buy B ?
3. When there is a trade Sell A ?
When there is a trade Sell B ?
I Use Higher TF 1440 and Middle TF 60
4. What does mean "lot multiplier" 1, 2 or 3 ?
5. What does mean "Simple lot multiplier" if True and if False ?
6. What does mean "Exponential multiplier lot" if True and if False ?
7. What does mean in Trend Tracker input “ TTMultiplier“ 1 2 or 3 if I have in TTPeriod = 20 ?
Parameters 4, 5, 6, 7 are not clear for me if I need to change it.
Can you give me some examples of these parameters ?

I am currently using this EA. The rent period will end in 3 days. I came here to extend my rent time, but it seems that I won't be able to do it.
1. Do you have any idea when you will be able to sell/rent the EA again?
2. What should I do with the open trades after the EA stops working? (because I can't rent it...)

Just few question... how about if my PC shutdown due to power failure, is EA still working with the existing positions? because when I turn my PC back On, the AUTOTRADE in the MT4 terminal is OFF. Couple of my position in LIVE account is now in a huge drawdown.

EA has capability to recognize trades if your PC is restart but make sure AutoTrade must ON and magic number must remain same

It is really hard to restore the account as support is very slow. in Last 14 days, support replied only two times for some information. Not sure when it will be fixed. I am also tired of waiting.
