What is the actual definition of trailing start in pips? Because to me, the meaning of those words are "after you reach X pips then start trailing"

Hi Jin,

Definition is same as you are thinking and it is defined same in EA code for Dynamic Trailing.

Trailing Start Means , Once market hit Trailing start, EA will start tracking Target Profit, once market profit goes up Target Profit will be influenced  and  Target Profit will increase. Once market profit start reducing Target Profit will not change , once market profit comes down to target Profit. It will close all trades.

Now in your specific case,

1) if you will keep C=0, as per formula B will always be equal to A  

2) if you will keep A=0, B=A-(AxC) will compute B=0, means your target profit will remain 0

If you have specific scenario to use A=0 and C=0 is must, let me know I will revise the code for impact of "0".  Near to me "Enable Dynamic Trailing" input  was sufficient if either users want to use it or not.

SAAD TrendTracker Suggestion: Trailing Orders

Say STT is about to place a recovery short, we write down the open price and start trailing it from a short distance. Once the trailing is triggered it will place the recovery short.
Have internal trailing orders (don't spam any pending orders on the chart or alike).

Here's an example, it can help prevent sudden price changes from worsening our draw-down and improve the overall trade placement (and entry strategy placement):

If the price had moved down further it would have simply triggered the short, possibly with 5 or 10 pips difference from the usual location. Not very significant if you are already -200 or more pips in draw-down.

Hi Gelson,

Just make sure magic number remain same, it will recognize already opened trades. If magic number is not same, new release cannot handle already opened trades.

Just a note: I am trying to publish release 3.6. No difference between 3.5 and 3.6.

3.6 is containing a fix for Micro and Mini accounts. 

Nice concept, but need to evaluate entry strategy for sudden dip.

These numbers are based on real live trading draw-down experience and what is said in the forums. (Usage example: If EUR/USD is 0.04 lots you will want to keep 800€/$ for that).
It's assumed you are using all of these pairs simultaneously so in worst-case scenarios they can borrow money from each other.

Normally in higher TF opportunities are less, M30 also has less opportunities. Please let me know for how long it is running on M30 and which pair.

Sigh I hate spamming like this, wish there was an edit button that lasted more than 2 minutes. AUD/USD did touch upon 350€/$ after all meaning these new numbers are perfectly valid.
Let's hope it doesn't get any worse than this...

Also dohwazen why not try M5, that's what we all use (the chart time-frame is only used by the entry strategy for initial trades and doesn't affect anything else).
