I'm not familiar with "forextexter". As for MT, you can download any product right from the terminal.

While ago I bought your couple of indicators, but now they are not working.

How can I get the update of your indicators without loosing activation.

On previous version at MT5 terminal market tab, there was "Purchase" tab, from where we could make the update our indicators. Now I am not finding any Purchase tab in the MT5 Terminal.

By delete the indicator from terminal I can re-install the indicator newly, but it make me loss of one activation.

Is there any solution ?

Please send more details to me via PM (what and how is not working exactly, your environment, etc.). Make sure you're logged into mql5 account. If you're logged in, but the market is not available to you, there is something wrong with your system - try to ask for technical assistance from MQ stuff on the forums, or write to the service desk.

MQL / service desk has only bot with pre-defined some answers. There is no reply regarding activation / update of our indicators which bought from market. They only intend to sell items, not any support anymore.

Forget it, I am going to delete & install a new one with activation loose.

In future I am never going to buy anything in MQL with low activation (hate MQL policy against customer's view).
