Another trade caught by Quant Shadow today...The account is up by 10% today.
Quant Shadow is still trading 0.01 on XAUUSD which is the minimum lot size.
High drawdown in the beginning of the signal occured due to a technical bug in the code not activating trailing stop loss which has now been fixed.
The account began with €100 and QS traded 0.01 to achieve this percentage.
You be the judge.

Like any trading system, Quant Shadow suffered its first loss after being caught in a severely ranging market followed by a 180$ price crash of XAUUSD. 
The correct market setup appeared, but the market condition decided otherwise.
QS is a trend trader, so a solution will be impletemented for QS to recognize a ranging market and avoid trading in those conditions to minimize these losing instances.
This is a good opportunity to see how QS recovers.
The EA will be updated in a few days.

Quant Shadow version 1.6 has been released

-Time-Based Exit: Allows to forcefully close positions at a specific time (optimized for 16:00) regardless of price action.
-Day Filters: Added granular control over which days of the week the EA is allowed to trade (optimized to allow trading through Monday to Friday).
-Logic change: The internal logic for trade calculation has shifted from H1 to M30 in v1.6, allowing for more precise entries.
-The risk parameters have been significantly tightened and made more flexible for Prop Firm users.
-Take Profit Flexibility: TP is now set to false by default in the code , shifting the strategy's focus toward new time-based exit.
