ZigZag-based structure analysis, by mathematical definition, adjusts the last swing in real-time until a new swing is confirmed. This behavior is documented in both our product description and User Manual. Every professional ZigZag tool works this way — a ZigZag that doesn't adjust would simply paint arbitrary fixed points with no analytical value.

What matters for trading is the entry methodology:

ABC pattern signals identify potential trade locations — areas where market structure suggests an opportunity may be developing. However, the actual entry is not taken on the signal alone.

Entries are confirmed by the Adaptive Moving Averages (StepMA and VIDYA), which do not repaint. These are volatility-adaptive, momentum-responsive, and optimized through 20 years of backtested data.

The designed workflow:

1. ABC signal highlights a potential setup zone
2. Wait for price interaction with the Moving Averages
3. Entry is triggered by MA confirmation — completely stable

The structure components show you where to look. The Moving Averages tell you when to act.

I'm working on a custom dashboard integration for your indicator and I need to verify the buffer indices for data extraction.

Could you please confirm what values are assigned to Buffer 6 and Buffer 7? Additionally, does the indicator expose a buffer for ATR / Volatility? If so, which index should I use?

Hello - here you go: 

Buffer 6 is not usable (it's avwap L3 background line)
For L3 you must use 5 and 7 as described in the manual, page 12.

There is no ATR buffer as it's an internal calculation.

Hello, is it normal that when a signal, such as a Main Sell, appears and the price continues to rise, the signal disappears from the chart after a few or a dozen candles? As if it were never there? Only the signals that have proven successful remain on the chart.
