According to MQL5 Market rules, a purchase can be canceled within 7 days only if the product has not been activated or installed yet. 

If you haven’t activated it, you can cancel your purchase in the corresponding section of your profile or request a cancellation through the MQL5 Service Desk

However, if the product has already been activated, refunds are not possible according to the MQL5 Market rules.

This policy applies to all purchases on the platform and is clearly stated in the MQL5 Terms of Use.

If you have already installed the product, a refund is no longer possible according to the MQL5 Market rules. 

If you have any further questions regarding this policy, I recommend contacting the MQL5 Service Desk directly.

If you simply want to remove the product from your terminal, you can right-click on it in the Navigator window and select Delete.

Hallo,

gestern habe ich Custom Alerts gekauft.
Es gefällt mir gut und inspiriert mich für mehr.

Ich habe auch schon alle Eure anderen FX und IX Indikatoren. Die Integration in Custom Alerts finde ich super.
Heute hatte ich Alerts für Bitcoin erwartet, da ich BTCUSD in der Sektion "Add symbols to monitor" eingetragen habe.

Leider schreibt jedoch "Custom Alerts" "Monitoring paused until monday"

Ich wäre sehr dankbar, wenn das für alle Kryptos durchlaufen würde.
Leider bin ich in heftigem Drawdown und bräuchte diese Funktion daher dringend.

Meine Inspiration:
Wie kann ich mit meinem EA die Alarme erhalten und damit Trades auslösen?

Das Monitoring für Kryptowährungen wie BTCUSD funktioniert grundsätzlich auch am Wochenende. Wenn du trotzdem die Meldung“Monitoring paused until Monday”siehst, liegt das sehr wahrscheinlich daran, dass du dich außerhalb der in den Einstellungen definiertenMonitoringzeitenbefindest. Bitte prüfe unter“Monitoring Schedule”, ob das Zeitfenster entsprechend erweitert ist.

Hier mal ein Beispiel wie das bei mir am Wochenende aussieht: 

Alternativ kannst du auchCustom Alerts direkt auf einem BTCUSD-Chartlaufen lassen – insbesondere dann, wenn dein Haupt-Setup auf einem klassischen FX-Symbol basiert, das am Wochenende keine Kursdaten liefert.

Bezüglich deiner Idee mit der automatischen Ausführung über einen EA:

Custom Alerts stellt leider keine auslesbaren Daten oder Buffer bereit, sodass es nicht möglich ist, diese Alarme direkt in einem EA zu verwenden. Es handelt sich ausschließlich um ein manuelles Alarmsystem.

After the update on 30 July, I get this message and no alerts. I didn't change any settings, and it worked perfectly before. All the indicators display correctly on the charts, but now I'm getting this message and no custom alerts. 

No symbols available for IX power. Check available settings and available symbols on MetaQuotes

Any idea. I'd like to be able to get the custom alerts to work again. 

This means that you enabled IX Power but no correspondig asset class to check like crypto currencies or indices.

If you enable one of these asset classes IX Power monitors them, and alerts you in case the alert conditions are met.
