I have purchased your EA top G and today will be third day and it has'nt taken a trade yet is that normal, ive looked in log files and reloaded ea but still same issue, I have loaded your setfile aswell

No, this is definitely not normal. The EA takes trades almost 10 minutes after you install it on your chart. Does your broker has suffix or preffix? If yes, this needs to be added after each symbol in your one chart setup.
Please check your private messages, I have contacted you so we can pinpoint your issue.

I checked the broker again and found the pairs have a "." as a suffix, I had'nt noticed that. Thanks for the quick response, I didnt see a private message either. How do I get the free ea please

I'm using FBS broker, there is no suffix on the symbols, but still no trades, five hours afer EA running. What's the problem?

Hello Mo, the EA has been running for 15 hours without taking a trade. I gather this is unusual. Just to confirm, the EA is showing a smiley face on a EURUSD H1 chart, my broker uses no prefixes or suffixes, all pairs traded are visible in the Market Watch window, and I have loaded the set file for a $3000 account without altering anything. I am running EA Crown on the same machine without problems (and EA Interceptor occasionally). Grateful for any suggestions, thanks!.

As stated in the Top G description and guide, the EA runs on the M1 timeframe, not H1. Could you please switch to the M1 timeframe and let me know if you get trades? Usually they will open 10-15 minutes after loading.

You shouldn't have any issue doing that but you need to please test this on a demo account. I will also try this option on my end and keep you updated. But based on my code, it shouldn't be an issue with live trading!
