Project Description:
I need a complete integration for an web platform on an existing WordPress site (Astra theme). The solution must:  
1. Capture lead data from WordPress forms into Zoho CRM (investment stages, payments).  
2. Provide a client login portal with real-time portfolio tracking (stages, slots, profits).  
3. Automate investment workflows based on fixed amounts (€10/slot) and stages:  
   - 10% deposit → "Reserved" stage  
   - 90% balance payment → "Active" stage  
   - Monthly profit distribution (proportional to slots).  

Technical Requirements:  
1. WordPress → Zoho CRM Integration: 
- Use Gravity Forms + Official Zoho CRM Add-on to:  
  - Map form fields → Custom Zoho module ("Investments").  
  - Auto-assign "Reserved" stage for 10% deposits.  
- Configure Zoho CRM:
  - Custom fields: `Investment Stage` (dropdown), `Slots`, `Payment Date`, `Monthly Profit`.  
  - Auto-update stage to "Active" after full payment.  

2. Client Portal & Portfolio:
- Implement ARMember Pro (or alternative) for:
  - Registration/login tied to CRM contacts.  
  - Custom profile fields: `Current Stage`, `Slots Owned`, `Monthly Profit`.  
- Portfolio Dashboard displaying:
  - Investment stage (e.g., "Deposit Paid – 10%").  
  - Number of slots (e.g., "3 slots: €30,000").  
  - Monthly profit (calculated as `slots * €10,000 * 0.07 / 12`).  

3. Automations:
- Zoho Flow to:
  - Sync stage changes → Client portal (via webhooks).  
  - Calculate monthly profit: `profit = (slots * 10,000) * (0.07 / 12)`.  
  - Trigger payment reminders (email).  

Required Experience:
- Proven WordPress + Zoho CRM integrations (share examples).
- Expertise with Gravity Forms and membership plugins (ARMember/Ultimate Member).
- Ability to build Zoho CRM custom modules/blueprints.
- Basic PHP for extending plugin functionality.

Deliverables:
1. Functional WordPress form → Zoho CRM sync with field mapping.
2. Client portal showing live investment data (stage, slots, profits).
3. Zoho Flow automations for stage updates + profit calculations.
4. Admin documentation.
