Cannot disable auto renewal for VPS #6747857

My VPS subscription #6747857 (VPS London LD6 20) is currently stopped but remains active until 17 November 2026.

The payment history shows “3 months (Auto prolongate)”.

According to the MQL5 recurring payment agreement, I should be able to disable automatic renewal via Hosting using the gear icon. However, there is no gear icon or auto-renewal option on my Hosting page.

I have already disabled automatic card payments, but my MQL5 account still has a balance of USD 100.

I do not authorize another VPS renewal or the use of my MQL5 balance for this subscription.

Please tell me how I can permanently disable automatic renewal for VPS #6747857. The MQL5 Helper does not provide an option to do this or to create a support ticket.

Du musst nur die gewünschte Einstellungen in Deinem Profil vornehmen_

dann schau Dir noch diese Einstellungen an - ich habe keine VPS - daher ist es leer (imho)

vielen Dank für deine Antwort. Die automatischen Zahlungen über meine Kreditkarte habe ich bereits deaktiviert, genau wie auf deinem Screenshot gezeigt.

Mein Problem ist aber noch nicht gelöst: Unter Hosting → Aktiv wird mein VPS #6747857 weiterhin als aktiv bis 17.11.2026 angezeigt. Bei meinem VPS gibt es dort keinen Schalter und kein Zahnrad, um „Auto prolongate“ bzw. die automatische Verlängerung zu deaktivieren.

Zusätzlich befinden sich noch 100 USD Guthaben auf meinem MQL5-Konto.

Meine entscheidende Frage ist deshalb: Kann der VPS am 17.11.2026 trotz deaktivierter automatischer Kartenzahlung automatisch aus meinem MQL5-Guthaben verlängert werden?

Falls ja: Wo kann ich die automatische Verlängerung für VPS #6747857 definitiv deaktivieren?

If you Stop your signal subscription, you will be only stopping the server and your subscription will keep running.

If you Cancel your MQL5 VPS, your subscription will be cancelled and your remaining time will be credited to your MQL5 account as free minutes and the next time you will register a MQL5 VPS you will see some thousands minutes waiting for you in the free minutes option.

You will not get a refund of your cancelled subscription.
