A friend of mine got the spam ban for one month. He got banned after changing too many things in a short period of time in the products that are in the "draft" status.
No spam has been done on any released or public products/topics.
He isn't able to contact the service desk either, nor has he the ability to contact the customers that bought his products. At this point he pretty much cant do anything on the platform.
I contacted the service desk for him in hope they would lift the ban. They responded with the message "He (my friend) should contact the service desk in two weeks".
It doesn't seem fair in his opinion, because he did nothing wrong. Waiting two weeks is a long time in case a customer has an urgent question.
Is there any action that can be done?

- Es ist ein automatischer Spam-Schutz - da muss er jetzt halt durch.
- Ich denke in 2 Wochen ist seine Sperre vorbei - aber dann müsste er sich ja gar nicht mehr an den Service Desk wenden.

- It's an automatic spam protection - he just has to go through it now.
