common.ini [Ftp] Password decrypted

if I save the FTP Server Password under Extras->Options and look into the common.ini File, I got these:

[Ftp]
Enable=0
Server=116.xxx
Login=axxxx
Password=AOYJAEw5Hn+XsQ==
Path=uta
Account=11xxx
Refresh=5
Passive=1

How can I decode the Plaintext-Passwort i.e. "APlata74ma" to AOYJAEw5Hn+XsQ==  like in the common.ini file?

Is it base64? If I decode it from base64 I will get something differen.t

Eine Dekodierung liegt nicht im Sinne der Erfinder - ist doch das Wesen von geheimen Passwörtern, dass sie nicht offen rumliegen!
