И всего два хороших отзыва, но посмотрите какая фамилия и что в профиле у тех людей что оставили эти хорошие отзывы. Они тоже из Словакии и у них одна фамилия и один из них рекламирует везде у себя этот сигнал.
Ужасный провайдер! Пополняет-выводит, манипулирует. В итоге вы ничего не заработаете.
