when i use the ea on the symbol of GOLD the Buttons for partial closing at 25%, 50% and total position, directly on the chart are not shown and useable.

When i use it on the symbol of EURUSD+, it doesn't work anything. I puchased this EA today. Please provide me with a working version or refund my money.

Hello I apologize for the bad experience you had, this was not what we wanted, in relation to the dollar-euro, your stop is too deep, to the point of being negative, so the order doesn't work, try to put the initial settings according to the image that is here, you can also save them to use always, this can help you find the comfortable size for you. in relation to GOLD I used it here on my machine and there were no problems, maybe restarting the EA will solve your problem, if it persists you can check in the "expert" tab of the toolbox what the error is, this would help us to solve it . Hello, you  see on the attached pictures, that is still not shown the buttons for partial closing. I opend positions on XAUUSD+ and EURUSD+. The "expert" tabs don't tell any error informations.

Hello, you see in the attached picture, that there are 4 opened positions of Gold at different times. The Mini Manager shows only the first opened position (0.03 Lot) with the actual profit.

The other positions are not taken into account. Is that intentional?

yes, this is intentional, your account is in "hedge" mode, as you can see at the top of your screen, it means that you open several positions at the same time, ask your broker to change your account to "Netting" , so when you open a new position it will be added to the existing position, and you can better manage your decisions.
