I think you guys should focus on making putting pending orders an easier task.i have had the market breeze through the open-lines without triggering my orders.please fix this because i thought the EA could do something as easy as that.

Girls??? Are you going after me?? I am a customer that just paid $30 for the EA. i am just giving constructive criticism as an unhappy customer. the EA just stopped working.

Aren't the open and close lines like a way of putting in a pending order. if not, is there a way that we can maximise the use of the open and close lines. the thing is this, when you use the lines, they work like pending orders. they trigger orders but when there is high volatility, in case of a fundamental news. orders do not get triggered. how can that be fixed.

I understand exactly what your problem is. Yes, during a volatile period, some brokerage firms cannot handle all situations properly (quickly and accurately). And yes, one solution to your problem would be to work with pre-placed pending orders.
But I say it again: this program does not currently work with pending orders. This is not a bug. Simply, the software currently does not have such a function. The term 'pending order' is not mentioned in the description of the program. You should have known about this before you bought it. There is a YouTube demonstration video about it and you could also try the demo version.
Therefore, I do not consider your criticism and expectations of the program to be justified. I understand and accept your needs, but the program never promised you that it would fulfill them.
In addition, I am very sorry that you are disappointed and unsatisfied!
