In the MT4 transmitter, pending orders were cancelled, but the pending orders were not cancelled in the receiver account. Which input option is there so that if a pending order is cancelled in the master account, it will also be cancelled in the receiver account? How can I solve this problem? I am using MetaTrader copier from MT4 to MT5 on a new VPS, with only one MT4 account and one MT5 account running.

I installed local trade copier MT5 between two MT5 accounts without any problem.

I am trying to do the same for MT4. And now I have a problem installing the local trade copier MT4 on an MT4 instance. I have indeed purchased the product. It does tell me that I have it.

When I press Install, it tells me that I cannot connect to the MQL5 community, even though the login/password are correct.

Could you help me?

Hello Bruno and thank you for your purchase,

Please follow these steps carefully:

Log into your MQL5 account in MT4 >> Tools >> Options >> Community

Install the EA only through the Market section:

MT4: Terminal >> Market >> Purchased >> Install

Copying ex4 files manually will not work for MQL5.com Market purchases.

Stay logged into your MQL5 account at all times so the EA continues to run properly.

If you can't install your purchase on a VPS, please examine the Journal tab log in your MT4 Terminal window for any messages or errors.

It's worth noting that some VPS providers, such as Zomro, may be blocked by MQL5.com for security reasons.
