Today I buy Fibo Alert Ultimate. I notice on a candle stick he works fine.

But when I try it on a renko chart with the same Fibonacci indicator like the candle stick he cannot activate.

When I press on the Fibonacci on the screen he appears. When I move with the cursor to the left he disappear.

I work 99% with a Renko on my screen. I think I buy the wrong indicator for me!

Version: 4.00 Build 890 MT4. Please, can you help me.

I think it has to do with offline chart M4, M2, M3.

I use a standard MT4 Fibonacci Retracement, no problem.

One screen shot can't help you.

After trying and trying, he stand a moment still, quick change and it works for a short moment.

You have to make very quick changes, and it works. Like roulette.

I'm not sure if I understand your problem. It works on the standard time frame fine but on none standard time frame (M2,M3,....)the indicator control panel doesn't appear correctly or disappear quickly. Is this your problem? if yes remove other indicator attached to your chart one by one to see which on has conflict with my indicator then I can solve it quickly

Yes, that's exact my problem. Candle stick use the standard TF. Renko not.

if yes remove other indicator attached to your chart one by one to see which on has conflict with my indicator then I can solve it quickly.

I remove this EA from every pair I use, and observe one by one. By every pair I take the same problem appear. eurusd, audusd, gbpchf, gbpusd, usdchf.

I just downlod the demo version, and test it

when it hit the level, it doesn't make notification message or sound alarm, just written "Was Hit... " 

what will we be the problem.

because in your video, it makes sound when hit the level

A screenshot of the chart would not help, since all that happens is that when I try and attach the KL account analysis, it immediately disappears, or the other way round - if I have the account analysis loaded and I try and bring up the Fibo panel, the panel immediately disappears before I can use it.

If I try and load "Fast Buttons", while the Fibo program is open, it partially loads, then locks up MT4.

It worth noting that previously, I have not had any problems with either "KL Account Analysis" or "Fast Buttons" even if I have several other indicators loaded. 

Hi, I've made some changes and improvement to avoid such a problems in the future. After a few days you will receive an update in your MT4 terminal.

Have a few suggestion for future Updates

1)Add Price for each level
2)Add Tolerance before alert (0 for touch)
3)User able to add Text on levels
4)Remembers only the last, If the popup could show all the levels selected for previous fib
5)User select true/false for Alert Fibo Text
6)negative fib level so we can have certain level on both sides
7)alert on 0

The one that I bought today is "Fibo alert Ultimate" I have one problem with it;

 it is, I want both 2 way extansion 

I mean, my fibonacci levels are;

bigger than zero is ok, but I didnt do less than zero ones,

how can I solve it
