Hi, First please check limitations on your slave account. Also please check the report logs of the Experts panel on your terminal toolbox. If issue again. give more info and screenshots on PV or give me anydesk access to help and solve your problem.

The EA terminated because of wrong setup. Close the chart and attach EA to a new chart. If issue again, please send me the error message printed on expert panel and screenshot of copier to help you.

You are allowed to install the EA on 10 different PCs/VPS and on every PC/VPS, you can install the EA on unlimited terminals. 
For example 40 terminals per PC, then you can use the EA on over 400 accounts. Do you have more than 400 accounts ??!!
Any user wants to install the EA on more than 10 PCs/VPS, surely he is a reseller or scammer. So please be fair if you can !!!

Si un utilisateur souhaite installer EA sur plus de 10 PC/VPS, il s'agit certainement d'un revendeur ou d'un arnaqueur. Soyez donc équitable !
Mr je ne savais pas cette information comme je te le dis je n'ai pas fait exprès, j'ai changé les pc que j'étais connecte sur eux, j'ai changé les vps alors vous devais désactiver la première activation et les désactiver pour m'accorde l'utilisation de mon EA qu'il était déjà payé pour que je me servie d'elle c'est la logique pas ce que vous êtes en tain de faire 
l'important, c'est que je ne dois pas dépasse 10 PC comme tu ne le dis pas, de ne l'active pas sur plus que 10 pc 
alor je vous demande de supprime les première activation et m'accorde les 10 activations
