Hello, I purchased the Engulfing 13 indicator and I'm having issues. For some reason my settings are not getting saved. Also when I check "Allow DLL Imports" and I push on ok, when I open the indicator again, its unchecked.
I also don't see the ema's on the chart. I also sent you a DM on discord.
Help me out with this please.

Hi Bernhardus, I wouldn't be able to tell you why your MT4 is sending the alerts late. I can only assume its a MT4 terminal, Internet, or computer issue, the indicator on my computer is sending alerts quickly. These are the alerts that I have recieved today and they have all come through within 2 seconds, a few of the alerts are similar to yours that you've sent, but coming through within 2 seconds as seen in attached picture.
Bob here... I just rented the engulfing 13ema. When I drag the indicator onto the chart and push okay the chart disappears and doesn't come back.

Having issues installing. Doesn’t show up in my purchases

Is it showing in your MQL5 purchases yet? (Go to your MQL5 Profile and 'Purchases' should be on the left), it should show instantly after purchase,
If not, you may have to open a Query with the MQL5 Service Desk. Go to your 'Profile' on MQL5 and on the left hand side click on 'Service Desk' and submit a query.

Are there some standard settings in MT4 to allow this indicator to work?
