You should have mt4 installed and you must be logged in into mt4 with your username (not email) and pass from mql5 website , or you can search for it by name into mt4 market tab , or you can get it directly from comment 15 here

If you get it directly you must copy it into the Experts folder and refresh the experts list or restart mt4  , doing it like this , directly makes me loose rating points , but no problem , there are plenty .

Use it on H4 timeframe and set maximum loss to 200 and profit to 1

In the mql5 version you can select by Magic also 

is it possible to use 2 pairs ( EURUSD & GBPUSD ) with the same magic number ... so if the total profit/loss on both targets is achieved, ea will close all pairs on that same magic number ... let say i attached ea on 2 charts with the same magic number ... EU & GU .. i open BUY on both pairs for 1 lot each, with target profit $20 ... so if the EU running profit $9 & GU $11 total profits $20 ... the EA will close both trade ? thanks

In the official version , the account currency is used , does not matter , if profit is set to 1 , then it can be 1$ , 1£ , 1€ ,1¥  . In the other version I posted in the comments , the one that closes by equity percent , the account currency does not matter also , because the percent calculated will be reported to the account currency .

Better H1 or H4  for safety and select only one type of orders , only buy or only sell orders . Set profit at 1 and max loss to 200 if 0.01 lot size is used .
You can try M5 timeframe if you have a bigger account , but drawdown might get larger .
This EA is mainly intended for closing orders , as an utility , I made the testing mode so that users can see on Strategy tester how it works , but as I can see many users are using the testing mode on their accounts . It might get high drawdown at some point . You can do backtests on all timeframes and see which suits you best . Optimization of parameters might also increase the probability of profit with a low drawdown .

can it be used on two charts with the same pair? for example, I use the EA on EURUSD, one chart is for selling positions while the other is for buying.

Yes , you can set the Close AllSymbols to false , then set Close by Symbol and Magic to true , then use different Magic numbers on the two charts .
