Hello, I just bought the indicator, but when modifying the parameters they are not saved and they return to default, could you tell me what I should do to be able to save the changes in the parameters that I configure.

Congratulations on buying the indicator!

I am very much concerned about the described situation. I have to make sure I understand you correctly. Do you launch the indicator, change its parameters and click "Ok", but the parameters do not change? Or are the default parameters not saved when the indicator is restarted on a new chart? If the latter option is used, then this is the usual behavior of programs in MT5.

I bought your gap indicator on January 13, 2023 and I'm still excited about it. I'm actually surprised that it's so rarely bought, because for me a candle analysis without a gap indication makes no sense!
Unfortunately, the indicator only works for me until December 16, 2024; since then, no gaps have been displayed - in any time frame. Is there a solution or an update for this?

In the meantime I have re-uploaded the indicator to my MT5 - now it shows everything up to the current candle again!

Тем временем я заново загрузил индикатор на свой MT5 — теперь он снова показывает все вплоть до текущей свечи!

Hello. I use this indicator myself and it is quite stable. There is a possibility that the settings have been changed, significantly increasing the conditions for displaying the gap. If it stopped working for some other reason, then delete it from the chart and install it again. Check the log for error messages, and if there are any, send them to me.

Was ich schon versucht habe:

  2. Zeitfenster zu switchen,
  3. Chart zu aktualisieren,
  4. Chart aus Vorlage neu zu laden,
  5. neuen Chart + Indikator im Chart anwenden,
  6. MT5 neu starten,
  7. PC neu starten.

Hab ich war vergessen?

Guten Tag. Danke für die Nachricht. Ich habe den Indikator neu kompiliert und erneut hochgeladen. Laden Sie die neueste Version herunter und melden Sie das Ergebnis. Ich habe es in Windows 10, es funktioniert stabil.
