RSI Divergence Zone Signal is a free RSI indicator for MetaTrader 5 that automatically finds regular and hidden divergences, colors the RSI line in overbought and oversold zones, marks signals with arrows on the price chart and sends alerts. Signals are confirmed on closed bars only, so arrows and lines do not repaint.
MAIN FEATURES
- RSI line that changes color by zone: blue in the normal range, red when overbought (above 70) and green when oversold (below 30)
- Automatic divergence detection:
• Regular bullish – price makes a lower low, RSI makes a higher low
• Regular bearish – price makes a higher high, RSI makes a lower high
• Hidden bullish – price makes a higher low, RSI makes a lower low
• Hidden bearish – price makes a lower high, RSI makes a higher high
- Divergence arrows in the RSI window and on the price chart (green up arrow below the candle, red down arrow above it) – each can be switched on or off
- Divergence lines on both the price chart and the RSI window (solid = regular, dotted = hidden)
- Optional zone filter: only count bullish divergences with a low RSI and bearish divergences with a high RSI
- Alerts: popup, sound and push notifications to your phone, for divergences and for RSI entering (and optionally leaving) the overbought / oversold zones
- No repainting: signals appear only after the bar has closed and the swing has been confirmed
- Works on all symbols and timeframes
HOW TO USE
Regular divergences can warn that a move is losing strength and that a reversal may follow – they are strongest when they form near the overbought or oversold zones. Hidden divergences often appear during pullbacks and can point to trend continuation. The overbought / oversold alerts tell you when RSI reaches an extreme, so you can watch for a divergence or a reversal setup without staring at the chart. Hover over an arrow on the price chart to see the divergence type and the RSI value.

TIPS
- The default pivot settings (5 left / 3 right) work well on H1–H4. On lower timeframes, increase them to filter out noise.
- Turn on the zone filter to keep only divergences that form near the overbought and oversold areas.
- To receive push notifications, enter your MetaQuotes ID in MetaTrader 5: Tools > Options > Notifications.
- Combine it with MACD Divergence Cross Signal (also free) to confirm signals with a second oscillator.
