DeFoeji Quarterly Dual Cycle
Quarterly Theory, your way: choose AMDX or XAMD on every level.
Most Quarterly Theory tools lock you into one phase order. This indicator lets you decide. Pick AMDX (Accumulation, Manipulation, Distribution, Continuation/Reversal) or XAMD (Continuation/Reversal, Accumulation, Manipulation, Distribution) separately for the Weekly, Daily and 90-minute cycles, then let the built-in statistics show which model fits your symbol.
Key features
- Dual-model engine: AMDX or XAMD, selectable independently for Weekly, Daily and 90-minute levels.
- Three cycle levels on one chart: Weekly (Monday to Thursday = Q1 to Q4), Daily (Asia, London, New York AM, New York PM) and 90-minute micro cycles inside every session.
- Clock-based phases: each quarter is defined by time, not by candle patterns, so the map is objective and does not change with price action.
- Color-coded boxes: every quarter is drawn as a high/low box labeled A, M, D or X (A gray, M pink, D green, X blue). Level boxes are padded so Weekly, Daily and 90-minute boxes stay readable when stacked.
- Live phase panel: shows the quarter that is running right now on each level and the model in use.
- Daily Q statistics panel: analyses the last N trading days (default 20) and shows, for each Daily quarter, the average range, share of total range, efficiency (|close-open| / range) and how often it was the largest-range quarter.
- AMDX vs XAMD fit score (0 to 100): tests whether D lands on the largest-range quarter (weight 50), A on the smallest-range quarter (weight 25) and D on the most directional quarter (weight 25). The panel then states which model fits better, or that the result is unclear when the gap is too small.
- Server time with offset: built on MT5 server time, with a minute offset to match any broker.
- London hours style: start at 06:30 (per table) or 06:00 (uniform).
- Works on any symbol and timeframe. Weekdays only.
Session schedule (table time)
- Asia 00:00-06:00, London 06:30-12:00 (or 06:00), New York AM 12:00-18:00, New York PM 18:00-24:00
- 90-minute cycles divide each session into four quarters.
How to use
- Attach the indicator to a chart.
- Set the offset so the table time matches your broker's server time.
- Choose AMDX or XAMD for each level in the inputs.
- Read the statistics panel to see which model suits the symbol, and switch the Daily mode if you want to follow it.

- Past statistics do not guarantee future behavior. Trade at your own risk.
