XAU ScalperPro - gold signals for the M5 chart
XAU ScalperPro is a signal indicator for gold (XAUUSD) on the M5 timeframe. When a setup appears, it shows the direction, entry, stop loss and three take-profit levels. It also tells you how many lots fit your risk. It does not open or close trades. You decide what to do with each signal.
Why it is different
On M5 gold, the spread takes a big bite out of every trade. Before showing a signal, the indicator compares the spread with ATR(14). If trading is too expensive at that moment, it stays quiet and the dashboard shows GATE OFF. You can change the limit in the settings.
Three signal types
1. Auction Drift (AM and PM, sell only). Built on the idea that gold can slip lower in the last minutes before the London gold price auctions at 10:30 and 15:00 London time. It is based on the clock, not on a chart pattern. It works on weekdays and skips common UK bank holidays.
2. Opening Range Break. Watches the New York opening range and signals a break only in the direction of the H1 trend.
3. Displacement. Looks for a large bar with strong tick volume and signals a continuation.
Four profiles control how active it is: AM auction only (default), Balanced (AM, PM and opening range), Active (all three, lower confidence bar) and Custom. On the default profile you will see one signal a day at most. This is a selective tool, not a signal machine.
What you get
- Entry, stop loss and TP1, TP2, TP3 for every signal, drawn as trade zones on the chart
- A confidence score from 0 to 100. This is the indicator's own rating of the setup (cost, trend and setup quality). It is not a chance of winning.
- A dashboard with server, New York and London clocks, ATR, spread/ATR, H1 trend, a countdown to the next auction, the current signal and today's count
- Session levels (Asia, London, previous day high and low) and session bands, which you can switch off
- Suggested lot size based on your risk % (default 0.5% of equity)
- Alerts by popup, sound, push and e-mail, plus an optional heads-up before an auction window and alerts when TP or SL is reached
- Daily protection: signals stop for the day after a set loss in R (default -2R) or a losing streak (default 3). Both can be turned off.
Live edge monitor
The panel tracks every signal on your own chart history, bar by bar, with spread and slippage included. It shows the number of signals, win rate, average R and profit factor for the last 60 days (adjustable). If a module's recent results turn clearly negative, it is muted until it recovers. These numbers are a simulation on your broker's data. They are not live account results and they do not predict future results.
Signals are created when the bar closes and do not repaint.
Quick start
1. Open XAUUSD (or your broker's gold symbol) on M5 and attach the indicator.
2. Set "Server time type" to match your broker. Check that the London clock on the dashboard shows real London time. Wrong time means wrong auction signals.
3. Make sure enough M5 history is loaded so the edge monitor has data.
4. Pick a profile and set your risk %.
No signals on the chart? The usual reasons are: GATE OFF (spread too high compared to ATR), outside the signal window (AM and PM signals appear only a few minutes before the 10:30 and 15:00 London auctions), the daily limit was reached, the module is muted, or it is a UK bank holiday.
Risk warning
Trading gold with leverage carries a high risk and you can lose more than you can afford. This indicator is a tool, not financial advice, and it does not promise any profit. Test it on a demo account first.
