Implemented new behavior:
* When the spread returns to normal after a spike, the bot should open an order at the current price if it is equal to or higher than the expected trigger for the next level.
* The grid will be recalculated deterministically using InitialDistance and DistanceMultiplier, based on the expected trigger price.
Prevent multiple orders in the same tick.

Added Recovery function for total assistance (martingale or grid) that can be activated/deactivated for total assistance
