The error you received means your OpenAI organization has not been verified, so the o4-mini model cannot be used yet. Please follow the “Resolution Steps” in section 8 (Troubleshooting) of the manual at the following link:

Go to Settings → Organization → General on your OpenAI dashboard and click “Verify Organization.” If you see a “Server Error,” please wait a few minutes and try again. Sometimes the verification page may be temporarily unavailable. After verification, it may take up to 15 minutes for access to activate. Until then, you can temporarily use o3-mini or GPT-4-turbo for Arrow 2.
