There is no missing something, just because you have just installed the EA for a few hours, and you just need to be patient and keep the EA on MT4 online 24/5 (or 24/7). There may be days when the EA has no trades, that is normal because there are days when the market is bad or the market is sleepy without any trading opportunities. So just be patient if you see that there are days when the EA has no trades.

It seems that there is a mistake in your settings because of the following factors:

+ EA always applies Trailing and there is no option to "turn off Trailing". So you say that '"aj keď nezapnem trailing" (you do not turn on Trailing) is some kind of misunderstanding or confusion. Trailing is always on and there is no option to "Turn off" in this EA.

+ If you think that setting Trailing value = something to become Off then that setting does not exist. If you try to turn off Trailing by setting it to some unreasonable value then it may be a mistake on your part.

+ You need to understand that Trailing is moving Stop Loss maintaining the distance = Trailing. That is, after Trailing is activated, the Trailing value becomes the value of the Stop Loss distance, at this time Trailing needs to be a meaningful value. That is, the value of Trailing needs to be > 0 to avoid errors.

+ The Start Trailing parameter can be understood as Min Take Profit. This means that if you increase the Start Trailing value, you also increase the profit target.

+ If you try to set the parameters to unreasonable values ​​or to nonsensical values ​​or to something that might cause an error, you should return it to the default value.

+ If you are confused, just leave it at the default value.

+ Backtest starts with a default balance of $10,000 and this balance is usually larger than your account balance. EA calculates lot size according to the balance (in default settings) so it trades with a larger lot size and can generate a larger profit, compared to your account.

+ It is a common misconception that setting Stop Loss = 0 means disabling Stop Loss. The value 0 means 0 unless it is assigned to a specific setup, but in most cases, the value 0 is usually 0 and often causes errors. So setting Stop Loss = 0 is not reasonable, EA does not assign value 0 for specific purpose and setting some parameter = 0 often causes error. So if you try to disable some function by setting it = 0 then it is wrong logic of EA.

+ There is another way to disable (partially) Trailing is to increase Trailing value and increase Start Trailing value > (Take Profit and Stop Loss).

+ I do not understand specifically how you have set up to try to disable Trailing and disable Stop Loss, so I try to judge and explain in as much detail as possible.

After successfully installing the EA on the chart, the EA will monitor the market and execute trades when signals appear. Trades usually do not appear immediately after installation, it takes a while for the price to move according to the signal patterns. If you have successfully installed it in the past few hours, you just need to be patient. EAs rarely trade during the Asian session (currently the beginning of the Asian session), so monitor the EA during the London and US sessions.

If you have not set up the EA correctly, try checking the following conditions:

+ You cannot copy the ex4 file to use. You need to download or install the file from mql5 and then install the EA on the chart. You can download it from the website or from the MT4 Terminal (Market/Purchased section) after logging in to your mql5 account.

+ Try the default settings.

+ Make sure you have Enable Auto Trading and enable Allow Live Trading.

+ Check your internet connection, make sure your PC/Laptop/VPS with MT4 is online continuously without interruption. Personal PCs and laptops often have a sleep mode after 30 minutes, causing interruptions.

+ Install EA on GBPUSD pair, but note that there are many different names for GBPUSD such as GBPUSDx, GBPUSDpro, GBPUSDraw... you may install EA on the wrong chart name. This often happens when you log in to multiple accounts on 1 MT4 while one account uses GBPUSD but the other account uses GBPUSD-ecn and MT4 does not automatically change the chart after changing the account.

+ Try another account type or another broker. Account types with bonuses are often not allowed to use EA due to broker regulations. 4 digits brokers (rare) are also often not suitable for using EAs, currently the most popular are 5 digits brokers (meaning there are 5 decimals in the price of EURUSD, GBPUSD pairs...).

+ Check for notifications or warnings or related information appearing on the chart (if any). Check the information in the Journal, Expert tab which can provide information about the EA's performance which can help you identify what the problem is.

I purchased your Quantum Scalper (GBPUSD). It performs well on demo and in the Strategy Tester, but on a live account the behavior differs. I understand live may require specific tuning, but I’m seeing:

• Entries against the prevailing trend on several occasions.

• High negative floating in some sequences.

• Mixed closures; however, losses clearly outweigh wins in those streaks.

Additional context:

• I’m on MT4, FundedNext swap account, running the EA with the default configuration.

• Even so, it remains negative over 80% of the time live.

Evidence:
I will attach screenshots of the trades.

Could you review this and recommend a live setup (spread/slippage caps, session/news filters, risk parameters), or confirm whether this is expected behavior or a potential bug?
Also, if you recommend any specific broker or account type for the EA to perform like in your tests (ECN/Raw, commission+spread), please advise (server, execution type, spread/slippage requirements, and GMT).
