I don't know why it's all blank white. The menu it's not visible.


I have prepared my webhook for discord url.


I have make sure this as well.

Open your Metatrader Terminal and go to "Tools" --> "Options" --> "Expert Advisors"
Turn on the "Allow WebRequest for listed URL:" bracket and add the following URL:
https://discord.com/api

Why all is blank?

somehow i was able to blindly click the button. but when i tried testing message, why it's always set by 15M chart? also When daily close, since i am putting this notification EA to many pair, it's keep duplicating the daily report message.

What operating system are you using?
Because you have set the screenshot period for new orders to M15.
Please note that you should apply the Expert Advisor to only one chart. Applying it to multiple charts will result in duplicate messages or more.

I am running it on MX-Linux. Yeah , Putting into one chart is working. Sometime the picture sent when closing trade not displayed properly, is it because it was navigating between pair.
And also i noticed when i am opening some position some position was not opening, alert keep ringing but i cant see log. It was still daytime and not market close time.

So far functionality with this alert to discord is works , but i need to wait for few moment's or switching between timeframe in order the button to be clickable.

As stated in the description, the MT5 to Discord Signal Provider is compatible only with Windows operating systems. Since you are using a Linux OS, I recommend renting a Windows VPS to run the Expert Advisor.

I tried using a Windows VPS as well, and everything works great. However, there seems to be a slight lag when sending pictures to Discord, similar to what I experienced with NZDUSD. I've been experimenting with it for a few days, and although this tool serves its purpose, I feel that opening and closing trades is not as responsive as I'd like it to be. The timing for closing trades is a bit slow, and sometimes, placing a new order using an EA (Expert Advisor) is hindered. This could be due to various factors, so I'm still investigating it. Currently, I'm trying to install MetaTrader solely for sending alerts, separate from the MetaTrader I use for manual trading or with EAs.

The Discord Signal Provider operates independently and does not interfere with other Expert Advisors, as it runs on a separate chart. Regarding the time it takes to send screenshots, the performance is constrained by the capabilities provided by the MQL framework. Although developers are offered specific methods to capture and process screenshots, if there is a delay in saving these images, it's largely beyond our control.

But If you have a specific problem with the screenshots which you think is related to the EA then please send me private message, send me the logfile and also some screenshots of the telegram chat.
Then I can have a look into the problem.

Hi,

the signal sent to discord works perfectly when I place trade manually. However, if I have trade that placed by EA, the signal DIDN'T send to discord. 

May I know if this doesn't work on EA execution?

Hello, Indeed, the Signal Provider should also send a signal if your trade is initiated by an EA. If this isn't happening, please send me your log file via private message.

Hey sending test signals work but it doesn't work if i enter manually or enter with an EA! Any help would be greatly appreciated. I updated to the latest version 2.36 and still no change.

No worries, it seems there was an issue with the setup. Please send me the logfile in a private message. You can find the logfile at the bottom of your terminal, labeled “Expert.” Right-click on any entry and select open. Then, send me the latest file. Ensure the file covers the period when you attempted to send a signal message.

Yes this is possible. Just add the EA to multiple charts :)
