The best settings for the indices (Dowjones, SPX..) are in the description, please do your own tests for each market ( just try to change trailling stop, trail step and time and...). 

Yes, you can run this expert with a leverage of 1:30.

Of course, I will update the setting each time I have a good and best results for each market.

Trailing stop :bettwen 3500 and 5000

Trail step : 500-1000 (5-10 pips)

Tme end 1: 11 AM

Time end 2 : 3 PM
