Covert 2 indicators from mt5 to tradingview

I need the doteki haikin Ashi https://www.mt5traders.com/doteki-heikin-ashi-metatrader-5-forex-indicator/ and the Gann HiLo activator https://www.mql5.com/en/cohttps://www.mt5traders.com/doteki-heikin-ashi-metatrader-5-forex-indicator/de/16636 converted to TradingView. I want them as two separate indicators. I would like the doteki haikin ashi to be under the chart not on the chart if possible.
