I need an Expert Advisor based off of a Method i have using MA lines. the basics of it are that the EA should take a BUY trade when the candles are ABOVE the MA line and a SELL trade when they are below.

There are lots more details to be found in the attachment. Such as the EA can only be on ONE trade per pair, or the EA should have a adjustable SL after X amount of pips, or the EA should CLOSE a trade after it crosses the MA line and reenter etc.
