I need a Programmer with good skills in calculation. It's an "easy" indicator which based on the normal Moving Average which I can take from MT4

- Dedect Trend with two MA's (fast and slow MA); The decision for trend is the Value between this two MA. eg. Fast MA show 1.30501 and slwo MA show 1.30480. Distance or
Deviation between this two MA's is 0.00021 or 2.1 pips. in this Case Trend is long, because fast MA is higher then slow.
In Main decision i should can predefine this 2.1pips Value to define when is a Trend. If Pair reached X Pips same value or higher then is Trend short or long
Based on this Decision i will have some Arrows which prevent me from Trendchanges or Flat-Market
For Trend-change i will take one of this two MA (should be can set on Settings). eg. i take fast Ma.
From the Main tool indi know eg. now is Long. Indicator messure or compare the actual closed Value to X Bars back. If the actuel closed Bar is x Pips lower,
then Indicator show me a short Arrow (bolt bluew Arrow) and vice versa for short trend
for trendless markets or trend which are running in a flat market i will have orange Dot's (instead of arrows)
how should it calculated?
indicator know the trend. and i take for the example as well the fast MA
for flat markets he messure or calculate X Bars back and if x Pips is lower then the predefine value he show me for each bar a orange dot.
eg. indicator is set to check 15 bars back the value from the MA. and i set the X Pips to 0.2pips. if actual closed Bar same or less then this 0.2pips,
indicator show me an orange dot.
