I need a modification of an EA that works by tick, to make it work like control points or something similar.

Actually, the EA recognize every tick in real market.

But I don´t need that. I need it to recognize something similar to "control points". 

I tried with "opening bars" but is not enough. I dont know exactly what "control points" have, but its the best option for my EA to work.

I would like to read programmers who know about this, and give me an approach and know if it would be possible. Thanks.
