I need an indicator of signal confluences. What would these signs look like?

Example: I have 5 or more indicators:

indicator A

Indicator B

indicator C

indicator D

indicator E

Each one generates its respective signal. But at a certain moment these 5 signs appear at the same time, in the same candle.

I need you to create a single signal based on the confluence of these five indicators, because when the 5 signals appear at the same time a single arrow indicating the direction should appear.
