Development and programming EA

I'm looking for an experienced EA programmer for a new EA on MT4.

 Code and program are included in the delivery.
 Bugs and errors have to be dealt with.

 If you still have good ideas to improve the EA, I'm glad.

 It is based on RStv and a Signal Line. 
 Details would like to discuss personally.

I wait until Sunday evening, then I decide for a candidate.
