An indicator that colours the bar when it meets a criteria

I would like a indicator that colours the bar Dark Blue when a criteria is meet.

 The 3 criteria for a Up Bar on high Volume:

Open of current bar equal or less than 30% of the range of the current bar.  

Close of current bar equal or more than 70% of the range of the current bar.

Current Volume equal or more than the average volume of ten bars multiplied by the sum of 120 divided by 100

Inputs:    No_Days  : 10        Percent    : 120

                         (High-Low)*0.30)+Low                                    (High-Low)*0.70)+Low

Open[0] <= ((Range[0]*0.30)+L[0]) and Close[0] >= ((Range[0]*0.70)+L[0]) and Volume >=(Average(Volume,No_Days) * (Percent/100))
