Expert Advisor for MQL4 using 4 indicators, personal use only

I would like a programmer to make an Expert Advisor for Meta Trader 4 where a buy or sell trade is opened when 4 individual indicators all cross certain boundary lines.  The indicators are Bollinger Bands, CCI, RSI, and Stochastic Oscillator.  This is not a program where 70 or 80% get to the target, but trade only when all 4 indicators are outside certain values, then it will trigger an opening trade.  This can be either a buy or sell depending on what the currency pair is doing.  I want to use a magic number so I can run the same EA on multiple currency pairs at the same time.  It should also be programmable to limit the number of open orders and up to a certain percentage of the overall account value. 

I also want the EA to close the trade, but need some optimization help.  It can either close at 3 candles and/or with a trailing stop order (need help here).  The programmer must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.  The EA must also have notes written within the code so I can understand what is happening and thus have a chance of editing later on if needed.  I appreciate the help. :)
