i would like to have a EA to read the signals from a telegram trade signal provider then open, close, set TP and SL, take partial profit and adjust stop loss on my MT4 account.

The EA should scan and read my telegram Message desktop app every 30 seconds or less and filter out messages only from the selected trade signals; including updates to previous issued signals.

The EA should trade either fixed or auto lots based on equity. And have to option of using a set break even and TP or just follow the signal trade provider trade management  updates

The EA should be password protected

Telegram screen shots will be sent to the selected developer.
