EMA Crossing

I need an EA that when crossing an EMA, take this crossing as a reference point to be a floor or roof according to the crossing and if the next candle the EMA are below or above this point open the operation. The EA must allow to configure the type of mobile media, a trend filter based on EMA, trailstop, break even, hours and days of operation, send alert to email when the operation opens.
