Adding a solution for WebRequest not supporting DELETE, besides POST and GET. Ready code - modification needed.

I need a programmer that will find a solution for my code, where the websocket connection is impossible due to lack of support for DELETE parameter:

The code shows proper connection to the database ( CheckAccount(); ) and the unsuccessful connection to delete the order - API_Cancel_Order();  (api keys have been filtered, will give them to a candidate/selected developer)

Requirements:

1. The developer needs to present his offer along with solution he is going to use (external DLLs or mqh libraries). Price offer alone will not be considered. Please send a message also.

2. The mqh libraries are preferable to DLLs, but all solutions will be considered.

3. The developer must provide modified version of the provided source code, that is able to close the order with given number and given pair along with necessary libraries that the solution provides. The response of the server should correspond with the Binance REST API Documentation, if the order was closed:

It should not be empty ("") nor report an error.

4. The developer needs to state in good contact during the time of the job and answer the questions clearly.

5. If developer wants to quickly test his solution, before accepting the offer, please ask for API keys in your application. If we agree on the price + you have the solution, I will quickly accept it and send you the money.
