Telegram Signal to Metatrader 4

I have trade signals i get by telegram channel I'm not an admin so I cannot add a bot to the group,

I would like to have a robot designed to read those message and for trade signals and open based on the signals.

EA must be able to scan my telegram account.

Read signals sent 

1. User changeable field for (Lot size, and How many orders
2. Read Specific Channel (User Defined and can change.)
3. Have an Instant Order enabled function where it opens order immediately or if disable opens a Buy Limit/Stop or Sell Limit/Stop
4. Open trades on the mt4. Then for Take Profit  and Stop Loss I would like a user interchangeable function where I can choose TP or none just open order, and select or not select the SL
5. For #4 maybe a function where I can set TP and SL in number of pips ( User Changeable format)
6. Read signals every 20 Second or higher (user changeable input)
7. Only reads signals in the Channel designated (User Changeable input)
8. A way I can modify and update the type of signals to look for. This is really important so I can future proof this application and be able to update the format of the signals to look for on my own without having a static format where I have to have the application recoded.
