EA Based on Moving Average And Heiken Ashi

I would like to make EA based on moving average and Heiken Ashi candles.

Moving average method and period should changeable.

Heiken Ashi should standard setting with green red candles.

if the moving average below the candles, when second green candle appear, open buy order.  and close order when the first red candle start.

if the moving average upper the candles, when second red candle appears, open sell order.  and close order when the a green candle start.

if the moving average below the candles, when red candle crossover the ma line to down, if next candle opened red and under the moving average line, open sell order.  close when a candle start green.

if the moving average upper the candles, when green candle crossover the MA line to up, if next candle opened green and start upper the MA line , open buy order.  close order when a red candle start.
